About service:

Caregiver well-being is a cornerstone of the CMS GUIDE Model, recognizing the crucial role family members and in-home caregivers play in maintaining patient quality of life. Beneficiaries can receive up to $2,500 of direct caregiver support, covering a broad range of tasks—from bathing and mobility to meal preparation and light housekeeping—so families can focus on what matters most. This is called respite care. This comprehensive allocation of hours also enables caregivers to benefit from respite and educational resources, thus reducing burnout. By extending practical, hands-on help, we’re ensuring that the patient’s daily environment is safe, supportive, and consistent with individualized care plans.
